Growth Engine dashboard: clickable tests, plain-English descriptions, days-live, labeled data (#52)

- learnings/experiment-meta.json: human 'what we changed' + A/B vs before/after per test - Live tests now clickable → drill-in with metric label, promote/kill thresholds, and the data series (gate weeks for the engine metric; lazy-fetch GA4/ai-referrals otherwise)

• show 'Nd live' (computed) instead of a bare start date; test-type chip (A/B / before-after)
• metric labels in plain English (e.g. 'weekly clicks from Google search on price-guide pages')
• channel gate relabeled with what it measures + what a win is
• North Star card: labeled 'The equation', more legible definition
